Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be requested within 10 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s). Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. Please include the original sales receipt with the exchange shipment. Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, and regular shipping charges apply upon return to the buyer. For exchanges, customers will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s). Minus 25% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested within 10 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s). Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. Any merchandise purchased at a discount, on sale, or using a gift card cannot be returned for a refund. Return packages must be shipped pre-paid, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable. Any items returned that do not meet the previously mentioned criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
