Shipping Policy

We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into =]-=0CrookedClubhouse.com and or Highwayheathens.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our Toronto distribution center. Orders shipped within Canada are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Air, which can be expected within 3-9 business days. Orders shipped within the 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Air, which can be expected within 6-10 business days. Please allow 1-2 extra days for possible random checks by Customs, which is out of our control.


Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing **1-2 business days**, pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will start the processing period of 1-2 days on the following Monday. For orders placed during special promotions, more time may be required to process orders, with shipping starting within 2-7 business days. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Crooked Clubhouse’s Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification.*


When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.

BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY / HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please be advised that due to the high volume of orders placed during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Holiday season, all orders will be shipped out within **4-6 weeks** after receipt of the order confirmation.

PRE-SALE // BACKORDER PURCHASES

For all orders that contain a pre-sale or backorder item, the complete order will be shipped when your reserved item is available.

PAYPAL ACCOUNT ORDERS

Customers who wish to pay with their PayPal account are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is updated or selected. Customers will be prompted to verify payment option and shipping address when confirming PayPal payment. If this process is overlooked by the customer, CrookedClubhouse.com is not responsible for recovering the packages shipped to an old/incorrect address, nor covering the cost for item(s) and postage fees to reship the order. We can only stop/recover the shipment if "Tracked Package" was selected as the original shipping method. If so, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost to reship the package to the correct address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped internationally are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Air, which can be expected within 6-14 business days. Actual delivery times may be longer depending on location and local customs processing.

We currently ship to the following countries:

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

GENERAL

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package—the value is the retail cost. Crooked Clubhouse cannot mark any package(s) as a "Gift" in order to avoid customs and duties fees.


Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you decide to refuse any shipments from CrookedClubhouse.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Crooked Clubhouse. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


DIFFERENT BILL TO AND SHIP TO

Crooked Clubhouse uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.


P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Military and P.O. boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, standard shipping is the only shipping method available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.
